Pay Property Tax and Utility Bills

Anytown, USA has made it easier than ever for the citizens to pay their bills online. With the online payment service provided by Certified Payments and the Velocity Payment System, citizens can automatically pay their property tax and utility bills using credit cards, branded debit cards, or their checking accounts.

Online Payment Options

E-Check/ACH – Pay your bills with your checking account. Utility bill payments will incur a $1.50 service fee for all e-check/ACH payments. Property tax bill payments will be assessed a $2.00 fee.

Credit/Debit Cards – Pay your bills using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. There is a 2.50% service fee assessed for all property tax and utility bill payments.
